The 4-star Hotel Parco Paradiso with 65 rooms is the newest hotel in Lugano. It is located in Paradiso and about 15 minutes walking distance to the center of town and the railway station which are both easily accessible by public bus (bus station within less than 2 minutes of the hotel). The Hotel Parco Paradiso is situated on the foot of Mt. San Salvatore and overlooking Lake Lugano offering a quiet atmosphere and numerous possibilities for recreational activities. The facilities include the restaurant "La Favola" with Mediterranean specialties and the restaurant "Tsukimi Tei" for Japanese specialties prepared on the "Teppanyaki"-Grill. Next to the reception there is a large hotel lounge with business corner for internet access and the "Havana Deck" Bar inspired by the classical bars of Cuba's capitol. All rooms at the Hotel Parco Paradiso have been recently renovated and are decorated with natural materials and light colors. They include a terrace with mountains views. The bathroom has a bathtub including shower and a hair-dryer.All rooms are equipped with cable and pay TV, radio, direct dial-in/dial-out phone, ADSL Internet connection, a safe and mini-bar. All rooms include a queen-size double bed. Non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Directions on how to get there
By public transportation:
From the Lugano Railway Station, take a taxi or Bus Nr. 2 and exit at “Geretta” station from where you take Bus Nr. 1 and exit in “Paradiso Stazione”. From there take the stairs up-hill where you find the Hotel Parco Paradiso after 1 minute to your left.

By car:
Take the Highway Exit "Lugano South"; on main- street follow signs to "Lugano” (turning left), then after approx. 500 meters, turn right (after gasoline station) direction “Carona” and follow the “Via alla Castellana” for 300 meters, then turn left and after 100 meters right into “Via alla Sguancia” for approx. 300 meters, then turn right into “Via Caprino” and after approx. 100 meters right again into “Via Carona” which you follow for approx. 400 meters and you will find the Hotel Paradiso on your left side (Nr. 27).
