The Hotel Elite is a charming 3-star Hotel with 24 rooms in central, but quiet location within Zermatt. The Hotel Elite is only 5 minutes walking distance to the Railway Station and near all sports and entertainment facilities. The bus station for transfers to the gondolas and mountain rides accessing the ski-areas is located within 1 minute walking distance to the hotel. A hotel shuttle is available for transfers. The facilities at the Hotel Elite include the Breakfast Room and Hotel Lounge, an Internet Café with 18 stations (including Web-Cams and Skype), and the "Country Bar" with Pool Tables and Dart Boards- the place in Zermatt where people meet for nightly entertainment, drinks and snacks.

Description of Double Standard Room
The standard rooms at the Hotel Elite are calm with simple furniture and décor. Some rooms have a balcony and Mountain Views. The Bathroom has a bathtub including shower (some with shower only), and a hair-dryer is provided. All rooms feature Cable-TV, Radio, direct dial-out Phone, Mini-bar and a Safe. All rooms are furnished with 2 Twin Beds (separated or pushed together).

Directions on how to get there
Public transportation:
After arriving at the Zermatt Railway Station, call at the Hotel for Shuttle service at the information booth; or walk along Main Street to the right, and then to the left at the first intersection (Photo Shop); after approx. 200 meters after passing the "Migros" store, the Hotel Elite is to the right with the entrance behind the restaurant "Vieux Valais".

By car:
Drive to Taesch, from where you need to take the train to Zermatt. Then follow the instructions above (public transportation).
